How do we operate?

1. In-person Pick up & Fitting
Book an appointment with us online or over the phone.
Our alteration specialist will schedule the most convenient time to meet at the address provided by you. Measurements will be taken in person to ensure satisfactory results.
*Some alterations do not require in-person fitting and can be done via verbal instructions i.e. hemming a few inches.
In these cases, you can either ship it to us, or we pick it up from your concierge.
2. In Progress
We will then bring the garments back to our studio and work our magic. Our professional sample makers will fix/ adjust your garment following the agreed-upon directions.
An alteration specialist will run a Quality control check before preparing the garment for delivery.
3. Deliver to Your Door
Once the garment is ready to ship our team will contact you to schedule the best time for drop-off at your location.
Pick-up is available from our location.
